Psychiatry Services by Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Jen Durward

COVID-19 SAFTEY GUIDLINES
At Laverdure Psychiatry, the health and safety of our patients and staff is our top priority. With safety in mind, all patients are required to wear a mask that covers their nose prior to entering the building and office unless they are less than 2 or have respiratory complications. We ask to not bring extra people to the visit that do not contribute to your care.  There is limited seating.  A touchless infrared thermometer will check temperatures and a green light will clear the person for entering into the clinic. No one with a temp of 100.4 or higher should enter the clinic or building. Any signs of COVID-19 should be reported to Laverdure Psychiatry, PLLC 406.945.9019  immediately before coming to your appointment. As your appointment may be converted from face-to-face to a telehealth visit. Hand Sanitizer is available at the entrance of the building and in the clinic. Social distancing will be implemented. Laverdure Psychiatry's goal is to continue face-to-face care as much as possible while following CDC, local and state guidelines and executive orders.
